Jeff Seaman is an Executive Vice President and a member of CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Properties with nearly 20 years of experience in this space. He has specialized in the operation, disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties since entering the industry in 2004. His team at CBRE has been ranked in the top 20% top-producing teams nationally. Before embarking on his commercial real estate career, Jeff graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing.

A key to Jeff’s success is his hands-on approach to working with clients. He is adept at creatively positioning properties to maximize their value and to generate additional revenue for his clients. He also develops robust business plans with his clients to ensure that buyers obtain the full value of their investment. While he works in all sub-markets of the Valley, he is particularly interested in infill investments and the redevelopment of older properties, especially those that help to rejuvenate and improve existing neighborhoods.

When not at the office, Jeff likes to lead an active lifestyle. He is an avid traveler, often visiting family and friends across the country. He enjoys snow skiing, cycling and Pilates. He is also involved in multiple charities and philanthropic organizations, including the Colleen’s Dream Foundation and Executive Council Charities.
