Jeff Seaman is a Senior Managing Director and a member of JLL’s Multifamily Investment Properties. He has specialized in the operation, disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties since entering the industry in 2004. In 2010, he joined CBRE to continue his work as one of the Valley’s top-producing multifamily specialists. With his hands-on approach, he is adept at creatively positioning properties to maximize their value and to generate additional revenue for his clients. He also excels at developing robust business plans with his clients to ensure that buyers obtain the full value of their investment.

The team has completed over 700 transactions with combined consideration totaling over $3.5 billion, alongside a 97% sold price to list price ratio. With the largest on-market inventory and deepest investor pool, their results are unmatched. In 2021 and 2022 the team closed 110 transactions with over $970M in total consideration and 25% market-share.

Before embarking on his commercial real estate career, Jeff graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing.

When not at the office, Jeff likes to lead an active lifestyle. He is an avid traveler, often visiting family and friends across the country. He enjoys snow skiing, cycling and Pilates. He is also involved in multiple charities and philanthropic organizations, including the Colleen’s Dream Foundation and Executive Council Charities.
